To educate participants on the numerous benefits of physical activity for overall well-being and to provide practical strategies for incorporating exercise into daily routines. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a better understanding of how physical activity can enhance their well-being, practical strategies to incorporate exercise into their daily lives, and the motivation to stay active for long-term health benefits.
