Position Overview: To provide guests with superior service through friendly interactions, service excellence and efficient guest flow control. Work in any/all Guest Services areas providing timely service and accurate product information. Act as ambassadors of the site and the City of Toronto, engaging, entertaining and providing information to guests throughout their visit. Operation of our core services, including monitoring guest queuing areas, the elevators and any attractions. Assist in any Guest Service areas as required.
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate excellent product and service knowledge
• Demonstrate superior communication and listening skills
• Present a professional image to guest; act as ambassador of the CN Tower, and Toronto
• Execute role in specific area of responsibility with demonstrated quality focus and delivery
• Interact with visitors and ensure entertaining visitation
• Ensure that Guest Services areas are in presentable condition
• A willingness to be cross-trained
• Adhere to all Company policies and departmental procedures
• Other duties as required
Requirements
• Customer service experience is required.
• Hospitality and tourism experience is an asset.
• A secondary school diploma is an asset.
• Bilingual (English/French) an asset.
Health and Safety
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the applicable provincial Health and Safety legislation(s), regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
• Wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
• Lifting where required
