We are seeking experienced Executive Assistants/Senior Administrative Assistants for full time, contract roles. Our clients are leading Canadian banking and insurance providers.

Candidates will be responsible for providing high level office support for senior management. Our ideal candidate is polished with excellent organizational skills and professional communication abilities.

Responsibilities may include:

Providing excellent administrative support to firm Partners and/or Directions including calendar management, meeting support and travel arrangements
Corresponding via email and phone with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Providing streamlined and focused client support such as expense reporting and billings
Coordinate and attend internal/external meetings as requested to document action items
Represent executive officers in a highly professional manner to external and internal partners through consistent poise, tact and diplomacy
Anticipating business can client service needs; demonstrating resourcefulness and critical thinking
Schedule and coordinate all required resources for meetings
Preparing and modifying documents, letters, reports, emails and memos
General administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and faxing
Ad hoc. duties as required

Qualifications:

Intermediate/Advanced MS Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
2-5 years of Senior Administrative/Executive Assistant experience
Post-secondary education
Positive, friendly, team player
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills and multi-tasking capabilities are a MUST HAVE
FRENCH bilingualism is a strong asset
